Description

Perform a two-footed jump, from a stationary position, to a distance as far forward as possible. Both feet should leave the ground at the same time as well as land on the floor at the same time. The must "stick" the landing. Use your arms for extra momentum by cocking them back and swinging them forward during the jump.
