Facing the TRX, grasp one handle with your right hand and rotate your body to the left away from the TRX. Initiate the row with your right arm and rotate your left arm and touch the TRX strap with your left hand. Return to starting position. Complete the desired repetitions and repeat the movement with your left hand.
