Partner Workout

For the sit ups, sit butterfly on an abmat with you feet close to your partner’s feet. Hold the ball on your chest, under your chin, and do a sit up. On the way up, throw it to your partner. Each of your sit-ups count as a rep. For the clean, you need to get tall in full extension and catch it in a full squat. For the runs, on partner runs at a time.
