PR @ 110# YAY. Been a long time coming! Grrreat wodding with Mona. Tried 10th set at 100 but should have dropped weight down lower. We did this in teams of two. Hillary and I were a team. It was grueling but a good challenge to get through it. We alternated two stone lifts each round, to get to 100, and did 10 tire flips each round to get to 100. So that was 50 reps each for stone and tire. AND, 3 burpees on the minute! Very filthy 50 from the tires! Total stone weight lifted for each of us was 3500# !!!!!!!!!!100-100 reps of: Stone Shouldering, 70 lbs Tire Flip Burpees Every Minute On The Minute

Well, after lifting 2420# in 5 rounds of thrusters, 10 reps each round in less than 10 minutes, I guess my Annie suffered, as it was the wod after thrusters! DUs elusive again.
