As many rounds as possible in 8 minutes, going up by 3 reps each round.
Thrusters (Advanced: 75lbs, Intermediate*: 53lbs, Novice: 33lbs)
The reps should be 3 thrusters, 3 ring rows, then 6/6, 9/9. . . keep adding until the 8 minutes is up. When you post to BTWB, you’ll have to manually right in the correct reps for each round (after you post the total number of rounds).
