i warmed up with the bar and then 2 sets of 3 reps of 95. Almost locked out 175. Medsger used a big boy tire, I used a medium sized one. I could have gone heavier but I kept the core tight and had no specific back pain. My hip, IT, ass area got a little loose on the final lap, but other than that i felt good. Another MEdsger workout. I did around 30lbs (with a dumbell) and somewhere around 5 rounds. Left side is the weakest by a long shot. Double unders went okay but i guess I'mmoving my hands around alot. Pick your weight. This was one of Medsger's workouts in the Deid. My first and only workout with him. Oddly enough my first 2 a day as i did 5 x 3 back squats that morning. Back is tired but feeling okay.
