Owned and operated by Jenna and Ben Dodge, Bridger CrossFit services a wide variety of athletes, young and old. We specialize in helping the self proclaimed couch potato to get their first pull-up and are trying to save the lives of endurance athletes, one squat at a time.
Three rounds of:
Wall-ball, 20 pound ball 10 ft target (Reps),
Sumo deadlift high-pull 75 pounds (Reps),
Box Jump, 20″ box (Reps),
Push-press 75 pounds (Reps),
Row (Calories).
1 minute rest in between rounds.
1RM Overhead Squat
As many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of:
5 Overhead Squats at 50% of your 1RM
10 Box Jumps - 20 in.
15 ABMAT Sit-ups
Post total rounds.
3 Rounds:
Each round is 4 minutes in length.
There is 1 minute rest between rounds.
Each round consists of as many sub-rounds as possible of:
7 Sumo Deadlift High-pulls 75 lbs
7 Pull-ups
7 Toes to Bars
For each round, post the number of sub-rounds as the total reps per round.
50, 30, 10 reps of:
Double Unders
Jumping Squats
ABMAT Sit-ups
Post total time.
3 rounds for time of:
40 Push Presses 65/45 lbs
30 Air Squats
20 Ring Dips
10 Double Unders
Post total time.
Back Squat 5-4-3-2-1
10 rounds for time of:
5 Pull-ups
5 Burpees
5 Wall Balls 20 lbs
Post total time.
Don't do 120 pull ups and dips if you can't do the muscle ups. Instead doing 30 muscle up transitions, or some other combination of pull ups and dips.
30 muscle-ups for time.
If you cannot do the muscle-ups do 120 pull-ups and 120 dips.
