Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 mins of:
3 Hang Power Cleans, 185/135 lbs
5 Strict Pull-ups
7 Push Up (Deficit)s
9 Kettlebell Swings, 70/53 lbs
Deficit Push-up (45#/25# bumper plates). Chest touches floor, thighs do not. Scale to push-up, then hand release push-up. Can also use parallettes.
