Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 mins of: Overhead Walking Lunge, 95/65 lbs, 25 ft 8 Bar Facing Burpees Overhead Walking Lunge, 95/65 lbs, 25 ft 8 Chest-to-bar Pull-ups

Wear knee sleeves if you have. Be prepared to lunge and burpee outside. We will run heats with taking turns judging for athletes that are registered. Each “round” is 26 reps total. 5 reps for 25 ft. (1 rep for 5 ft.) , then 8 reps burpee, 5 reps oh lunge, 8 reps C2b.
