If you are unfamiliar with snatches or have any shoulder issues, do clean and jerks instead.

If you don’t have a wall ball, use dumbbells to thruster. Keep dumbbell weight light, should be able to move through reps in the first 30 seconds. For the hang power clean, aim for 65-75% 1RM.
