Partner Warm-Up-Alternating Rounds

Each partner completes TWO full rounds each. Partner A completes round one. Partner B completes round two. Partner A completes round three. Partner B completes round four.

Partner AMRAP

Both partners work continuously and at the same time. Partner A runs 400 meters Partner B begins the AMRAP When Partner A returns, Partner B runs 400 meters. Partner A picks up the AMRAP, where Partner B left off. Record run meters completed in the notes.
