"FGB Style" - Air Squats, Straight Arm Burpees, V-ups and 3 more

2 rounds, 30 secs per station, of: Air Squat Straight Arm Burpee V-up Jumping Squat Explosive Push Up Lemon Squeezer Perform this like "Fight Gone Bad," by rotating immediately to the next station every 30 secs, the clock does not stop or reset between stations.

For the explosive push up driving from the bottom of the push up to the top to have almost a hand release.

You should e able to complete both exercises in under 45 sec so you have 45sec to rest before the next round. Otherwise, cut down reps.
