~20 min to work up to 1rm clean. Worked up with: 95(4)-115(3)-125(3)-135(3)-135(2)-135(1)-145(0)-145(1). Best part: I finally had full self awareness between the second pull and during the drop. In the past, It was second pull, then somehow realize I'm under the bar. For the last few reps, Everything slowed down as I got under the bar! Awesome.Sets 1 Clean | 145 lbs
