Complete as many rounds as possible in 10 mins of: Row, 200 m 50 Box Jumps, 24/20 in 50 Wall Balls, 20/14 lbs Good Morning, 75/55 lbs

Rower is the pace setter, one member rows while other starts movements. Athlete A rows while athlete B works on movements. Switch when athlete A reaches 200 meters.
