CrossFit Peachtree is located off Peachtree Road and Bennett Street in South Buckhead / North Midtown Atlanta, GA.

The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any individual regardless of experience. We’ve used our same routines for elderly individuals with heart disease and cage fighters one month out from televised bouts. We scale load and intensity…we don’t change programs.

CrossFit movements are functional and based on the natural movements of human beings. We constantly vary the exercises, sets, reps, durations and intensity to provide the maximum stimulus for our clientele. Our training includes, running, jumping, Olympic lifting, Kettlebells, complex conditioning, agility drills, Plyometrics, rowing and medicine balls. You will see continual results because, with CrossFit, you will never plateau.

    5 Rounds:

    2 Man Teams….

    Team member 1 is setting the pace by completing:

    15 x Burpee Pull Ups (if you cannot do burpee pull ups, complete 15 COMPETITION FORM burpees and 15 pull ups)

    Team member 2 is completing max effort Push Press or Push Jerk until the Burpee Pull Ups are complete. Once the Burpee Pull Ups are complete the team members switch positions and tasks. 1 Round is complete once each team member has completed both the Burpee Pull Ups and the Push Press/Push Jerks.
