Did RXD weight but used a purple band for dips today.... Happy with time as last time I did this I did only 30kg and took heaps longer....Must have stopped for coffee last time:-)21-15-9 reps of: Clean, 43 kg Ring Dip

Failed at 70kg today...wasn't really warmed up in the shoulders for this one today and after having a massage last night felt abit beaten up... Think I could go slightly heavier with more time as 65kg wasn't even a struggleSets 1 Jerk | 65 kg

Started at 40kg & worked up, did a couple of Reps of 52kg as my first attempt wasn't great, next couple were a lot better, probably could of tried another couple of kilo's. But it's a PB so I'm happy.Sets 1 Jerk | 52 kg

Happy with this one. Got ring dips sorted today. Cleans felt good concentrated on tri lat tuck. Had to squat clean this weight last time we did this - power cleaned it today. Went into WOD with a plan of first round 7,7,7 second round 8,7 and third unbroken - achieved. Goes to show having a plan helps with rest breaks.
