    Used 25kg for squats, purple band for pull ups! One of the hardest wods I've ever done. Squats killed me

    Stayed light as we did movements a little different D/L was 65kg Bench Press 25kg but maintained dish position through entire WOD and Cleans 25kg but changed to muscle clean. Loved doing like this it really helps with technique. It's not always about how heavy you can lift. Just noticed myself that slowing everything down & really concentrating on technique is making me stronger.

    Only managed one round of runs as I was having problems with my knees. Next 2 rounds I did 1000m rows. Happy with my row results

    1st 2:51 2nd 2:43 3rd 2:21 Really pushed the last run, was a bit surprised by the time actually. Small rise after turnaround is tough.

    I rowed instead of ran today. My calves were sore from the Tuesday box jumps - and trained with Bess so thought staying close to the box was a good idea! Still working on the rowing technique. Slight improvements...though feels like it is taking forever!

    Runs still need alot of work. Pose run maintained throughout although not using the hip lean - still remaining quite upright. Cadance is good, although, thinking I am now overcompensating for not striding and keeping steps too small. Split times were 4:34, 4:27 snd 4:17 - Happy times improved as rounds increased, new goal of getting that 800m run under 4:00min
