Ok so this time is a bit ridiculous but I completed it RXD so that's the main thing. Tried not to rush thrusters & focus on keeping my core switched on the aaa Nic said I was letting go in the squat. I started pull ups in groups of 5 but had to drop to 3 & then 1 at a time as I ripped my hands 3 times so I also had to stop 3 times to tape them. Can only get better.
So damn happy with this!!!!
Wanted to crack the 10:00 min mark - achieved.
Thrusters were unbroken, need to engage core to make more efficient.
Pull ups - aim was two at a time, which i managed until last 5 reps of the last round- one at a time. Kept heels together which helped 'some' engagement of core, although still alot of work to do here.
Still a PB is a PB!!
