Today is the start of 12 weeks until Hawaii. Here is what I'd like.
Weight - 145 lbs FINALLY
Pant Size - 8
How I plan on doing this
CF 2-3 times/week EVEN IF TRAVELING
Cardi 2-3 times/week (Run/Bike)
Sit Ups - 300 Sit ups every cardio day
Food - Eat Paleo! No Dairy, Limit Nuts (NO CASHEWS), 50g carbs/day. Get 1 cheat meal/week.
