4*100m (25m butterfly kick, 75m frees);
3*100m (25m left arm free, 25m right arm free, 50m free);
3*100m (25m left arm back, 25m right arm back, 50m back);
5*200m (200m slow free, 4*50m sprint free, 200m slow free, 4*50m sprint free, 200m slow free).
