Nice to see progress on the waist since the scale hasn't moved much for at least a month, but I still feel like what I have been doing isn't working so I am going to refocus on real food Vegan+fish 2-3 days per week.
1616c - I need to accept that what I have been doing isn't working. I need to stop eating 2 bar dinners in front of the TV. I need to shift to more real food and fewer bars. I need to go to bed hungry and wake up lighter!
Since I just read Digital Minimalism and am experimenting with a 30-day break from technology I will not be tracking in Cronometer. Instead, I will be using Mindless Eating and Lean Habits concepts to try to lose ~#5 pounds this month
