Rx. Used 225lb for back squats. Used 45lb plate for lunges and box jumps. Dips done Rx on rings. Box jumps were HARD. Ate it on the last box jump - slipped off the spine of the box, fell, and dropped 45lb plate on the box, destroying the box. Rx. Used 225lb for back squats. Used 45lb plate for lunges and box jumps. Dips done Rx on rings. Box jumps were HARD. Ate it on the last box jump - slipped off the spine of the box, fell, and dropped 45lb plate on the box, destroying the box.
