3 rounds of 100 m run, 85 lb deadlift and a 20 inch box step up. Have been being treated by a sports therapist for my hips, trying to also stretch the nerve in the back of my right leg-painful when I run, it tightens up...old age I guess :p

11 round emom front squats- 3 rounds with 65 lbs, 2 rounds with 70 lbs, and 6 rounds with 75 lbs. 9th round my left foot started cramping, wrists hurt...stretch more next time!! It's a PR though, from 58 lbs. :)

18 minutes I did 5 rounds of 10 reps of 20 in box jump step-ups(nerves in my right leg this time), 15 reps of 25 lb overhead walking lunges, and 300m shuttle run. Finished strong.

In 18:31 I ran 800 meters, 50 reps of a 35 lb push press, 40 reps of 20 inch box step-ups(hamstrings super tight-nerves acting up again), 30 reps of a 35 lb power snatch, 20 pull-ups (used a purple band), and 10 burpess.
