    Same same calf issue on the left side. Not loving the strain at all. 2nd round run on helen and it popped again. Finished it all off but probably should have stopped. Rested, iced and heat for 2 days and loads of ball work. Got to a word tonight with a bit of effort . Still tight now and resting on a hot water bottle.

    Recovery from Borneo Ultra marathon. Normally fully recovered in a week or two. This run was humid. I was so dehydrated. It has taken me 8 weeks to feel normal. X2 crossfit last week. x2 cycle x1 run Walloped me though. Just need to double it and we are back to no

    Overuse injury from borneo ultra marathon. Hip flexor is tight and twinges. Torn muscle around it. NO running. Stretching, ice . Pain relief.
