Next time: move up in weight on the DL. This workout definitely fired up the posterior chain and was not as cardio-intensive as other recent workouts. Felt good overall. Total time: 9:57 flat. MHR: 141. Pretty constant for the entire time. Shara: 19:00.

Very good workout. I feel happy with this today- first thing of the morning. Burgener Warm Up, Hip Mobility, Calve Mobility, then WOD. Did not wear HR Monitor, but close to pukie at the end. As close of an effort to Fran outside of Fran. All reps unbroken.

Felt pretty good with the workout. 115 is a fair weight to consistently use in this workout. Would have been okay with 120-130, as well. AHR: 152, MHR: 170

Step down pace, tempo run... splits: 4:20.4, 4:03.2, and 1200 meters in 4:20.2. Good pace for the last 1200 meters. Overall, not too taxing, but a good run to warm up for the workout. AHR: 148, MHR: 174. A lot left in the tank.

Pretty Decent workout, post 5K run and ME Bench Press. Interesting to see where my pain threshold was during this workout. Not surprisingly, I was in the most pain after running. Felt like I could have doubled up KBS and pull-ups without any problems. AHR: 151, MHR: 177. 6:50.4 was working time for Helen. Transitions are what typically kill me when I do Helen straight through.
