Barefoot, feet were numb before and after the workout. I think I could have gone a lot faster on the box jumps with shoes on.4x 3:00 AMRAP: 9 Back Squats, 135 lbs 6 Burpee Box Jumps Resting 1:30 in between each AMRAP.
