Sub back squats for OHS. Did not feel comfortable with my back for the OHS. Super super sore afterwards in my hips, IT band and back.4x 3:00 AMRAP: 8 Overhead Squats, 35 lbs 4 Hollow Rocks Resting 1 min in between each AMRAP.
