Awesome WOD at CrossFit Advantage! Thanks to Cody and his team for inviting us in! Thrusters, Snatches, and T2B were in sets of 5. This was a miserable display of all my weaknesses. This WOD was a collection of all my Kryptonite! Made it 2 complete rounds before migrating to an AMRAP, and made it a total of 4 rounds + 3 thrusters after 10 minutes. Smoked!Every 2 mins for 10 mins: 10 Thrusters, 115 lbs 10 Toes-to-Bars 10 Burpees

Rx was 225, but scaled upon a poor understanding of my *true* 1RM. Finished in 2:38. This was AWESOME! The first box jump after the set of 15 was BRUTAL - full leg failure on both legs. Had to shake it out for 10 seconds before going unbroken on the remaining 14. Unbroken all around after that. Took about 5 minutes after the WOD and hit an Unbroken Set of 15 at 225. So, This isn't as good as I wanted, but I'm happy with it! I'll do this again in 6 months and see how it goes.
