Put up another 275.578# Clean today!Sets 1 Squat Clean | 125 kg -
950# Total Super disappointed that I missed the DL at 455. 405 went up Solid, so I risked it and jumped right to 455 in an attempt to finally hit a 1000# Total. Still a 20# PR, but I'm bummed I didn't get it. Next time!!!Sets 1 Back Squat | 385 lbs 1 Shoulder Press | 160 lbs 1 Deadlift | 405 lbs

1 Rep better than last year!! 253 reps! Paced the Wall-Balls in sets of 20 followed by 10 seconds of rest. Done with WBs in 6:39, finished the DUs in sets of 30 at 7:59. Then had 4 freaking minutes to get 13 MUs. Never even got winded, just hit muscle and grip failure at rep 4 of the MU. Wish I would have done better... maybe I'll try again Saturday/Sunday.
