Unofficial first time squatting over 400#. Could have went lower so tried again and failed on 2nd rep. Still pretty tight and sore from doing 10x8 back squat @ 275# on Friday. Best part of this lift was that I had this linebacker looking dude spot my squat at LVAC and he asks me while shaking his head disapprovingly, "Why do you go so low?" Lol!
