First round time a little off, staggered with Jeremy to share the stone. Not too bad, went 3-1-1 the whole way on PC. Focused on maintaining external shoulders on my pull for those. Still dealing with arm issues so didn't push to go for the full 5 TNG.6 rounds, each round for time, of: 5 Atlas Stone Ground To Shoulders, 145 lbs 5 Power Cleans, 185 lbs Resting 1:30 between each round.

Did this at BOTB with my awesome, 2nd place team! Basically did not hit a max for any of these lifts. 345# went up EASY for my BS, off on SP by like 15# (shoulders smoked from Diane), and 435# was easy as well for the DL. Did this at BOTB. Good size PR but not very happy with it...Failed a few reps at the end including my final rep twice. Frustrating. Did do this in the same week as 75 HSPU for time and a 6 rounder w/ HSPU but still no excuse. Next time...21-15-9 reps of: Deadlift, 225 lbs Handstand Push Up
