Didn't feel well, having a cold. I got the work done, but had to eliminate the for time element. I also forgot that I had to do 20 reps of sit ups all round, so I did all missed sit ups at the end.
The only good thing was that I finally managed to string all the toes to bars together, without jumping off after a few reps.
I'll plan a few rest days, I have to turn down in volume anyway for the French Throwdown next weekend...

If you miss the lift, you do as many deadlifts with the missed weight within that 30 second window to differentiate you from someone else. I cleaned the 100kg, but missed the jerk. I did 7 deadlifts of 100kg until the 30 seconds were over.
