Back felt tight so didn't do much today. :(100 Box Jump (Step Up)s 900 m Rows -
Had to scale a lot because of my back of course. I did a lot more than I thought I could and back feels good so far! I did Russian kettlebell swings instead of American and instead of the rope I just did quick step ups onto a 25-lb. plate. I felt a little lame because it seemed too easy, but I have to be careful of my back so I can't push it too hard just yet. My first time doing The Shed. Modified to avoid popping my shoulder out again and my legs hurt a ton after the rowing and squats so I left out the lunges. Thank you to Josh for helping me and Kristin make it through to the end, especially with the kettlebells! Once again I forgot to rest. Why do I never notice when it says to rest? So I did 5 back squats and 5 burpees (modified to pushups against the wall and lunges) for each round and then at the end I went back and did the rest of the back squats and burpees so I got everything in, just not in the exact order prescribed.3 rounds of: 10 Back Squats, 53 lbs 10 Burpees Row, 200 m Rest 1 min
