hit mental block on thirty inch box jumps and just could not commit, on my 3rd or 4th jump hit the box and fell off pretty hard and switched to 24inch box. 80kg on deadlift. Even with all the modifications this was a tough little workout

felt like i was going to pass out at the end, Will made a good point that this wod was so tough because I was moving fast. Three good movements for me, lots of weakness leaving the body on this one!
