Hahahahahahahaha. This WOD shall be a testament to how much I believe in the power of gloves. I lost mine, and ripped my hands up real good (my hands don't shift on pull-ups anymore, but they rub on K2E/T2B still). Lost 3 or 4 minutes to re-taping, and finally called it quits on the bar movements during the 4th round when I realized my hands hurt worse than any of my muscles or cardio. Pete gave me quick replacement movements (v-ups and dumbbell rows) and I finished with those. Womp womp -- ripped skin is not worth it.
