did 175 on the bench and strict pull-ups. did box squats 3-3-3-3-3. box keeps me about 2 inches above parallel but knees look good, no loss of lumbar curve, and no knee pain!!. Lots of hamstring stretching at night to try to fix the cause of why i lose my lumbar and knees track in at parallel.
