I think i can make a good run at fran in the future. My thrusters feels massively better. Knees dont go all crazy on 40kg. 70 felt good. 70 is also my snatch PR. I can go high than 75 i think tho. I was pretty bad. My ring dips are awful. I have no rhythm in them. My cleans were average. Could be considerably better, but I am not in the condition i once was. Also, did a lot of oly lifting prior to this wod.21-15-9 reps of: Clean, 135 lbs Ring Dip

I missed a lot of lifts. I guess I wasnt on my game today. I was leaning forward some. It got better at the end. 60kg is a good weight to be heavy but enough to work on form. Technique definitely needs more work. 20 mins to find 1rm C&J. I need to get over my fear of squat cleans. That may be working front squats all the time so I can feel more comfortable. I power cleaned (grossly) the weight I got. I was able to squat clean 80kg comfortably. I can do 90kg SC. i know it.1 Clean & Jerk 90 kg

I worked up to 70kg. Pretty happy with it. It was pretty but i got it. I am finally being able to drop underneath the bar comfortably.1 Snatch 70 kg
