Haven't logged a workout in a while...did this with Gabi and Matt. Back squats were not heavy, the burpees were awkward at first but not bad, strung together toes to rings, and the row sucked because I overdid it the second time I got on...climbs were fine but I got three small rips sliding down the rope...stopped sliding after that...4 Rope Climbs 40 Back Squats 4 Rope Climbs 50 Bumper Plate Burpees 4 Rope Climbs 60 Toes Through Rings Row, 1600 m

The last two sets of DUs killed me. Added around 2+ minutes. The first 20 and 40 were essentially unbroken, along with the second set of 20.
