Warmed up with an 800m run, some active stretching, then 5 minutes of singles jump rope. Then did 4 trips of karioca, jumping off the box and landing on the other foot 5 times on each leg, then jump rope running drill. Then did bunny hops 5 x 3, wall pulls 20 pulls on each leg, forward lunge 10 on each leg. Did some leaning wall pulls, then ran some pace stuff. Still no metronome.
