Pose Technique/Endurance Work

Warmed up with an 800m run, some active stretching, then 5 minutes of singles jump rope. Then did 4 trips of karioca, jumping off the box and landing on the other foot 5 times on each leg, then jump rope running drill. Then did bunny hops 5 x 3, wall pulls 20 pulls on each leg, forward lunge 10 on each leg. Did some leaning wall pulls, then ran some pace stuff. Still no metronome.

Dumbbell Push Jerk, Box Jumps

Box Jumps were tough right from the beginning! Legs still fatigued from the half marathon on Saturday then an indoor soccer game on Sunday. Push Jerks were super easy.
