Used a cable jump rope. Sucked hardcore on the double unders! I am normally good at them so it was super frustrating. Felt pretty good on thrusters. Struggled on depth on the last few reps, was on a slight incline.3 rounds of: 200 m Runs 50 Double Unders 25 Thrusters 95 lbs

I love this workout!!! Hit 25 on wall balls each round, 20 sdhp, 50 on box jumps for 2 rounds then 54. Then 35, 30, and 27 on push press, and 18, 18 and 20 on rows. Probably could have pushed a lot harder. Did it a second time. Got 19 more reps than last time. 7 rounds was right there but I was out of gas. Great workout! 2 mins is quite a long time for sprinting through double unders. Awesome burner! Gonna give this a go a few more times. Used a speed rope. Did this right after doing the Again Faster Competition WOD #7173 Double Unders 2 mins

Killed it son! 10# PR since my last max effort on Nov. 23, 2010. Knees moved forward a little. Felt good on my back. Form feels solid otherwise. 450# soon...1 Box Squat 432 lbs

Did this with 135# thrusters and chest to bar pull ups. First 21 thrusters unbroken. All chest to bar pull ups unbroken easily. The rest of the thrusters were broken up a lot. Very tough wod. I would love to see if anyone can beat me on this. Any takers? I have video too. Give it a shot.
