70# KB.. this got really hard really quick. Need to work on getting under the bar a little deeper. Still working on efficiency issues3x 3:00 AMRAP: 3 Power Cleans, 135 lbs 3 Shoulder-to-Overheads, 135 lbs 3 Kettlebell Swings, 70 lbs Resting 1:30 in between each AMRAP.
