Really happy about this. First time prescribed with a 45 second PR and still felt like I had some left in the tank. Next time a sub 4 min. is in order.30 Clean & Jerks, 135 lbs

Really happy with this. 20lb PR on the snatch, a big PR on the clean and jerk. The snatch(split) felt pretty solid; the clean and jerk felt decent. A few tweaks on both movements should give me a nice PR in 3 months. Biggest thing to work on is my squat which is probably my weakest movement.Sets 1 Snatch | 155 lbs 1 Clean & Jerk | 195 lbs
