Description

A front squat into an overhead press. Perform a front squat with a barbell in the front rack position. Upon standing up from the bottom, use the power/momentum generated from the knee and hip extension to press the barbell upwards until the arms are locked out overhead and behind the ears. Timing is key. Make sure to press only once the knees and hips have extended. Basic front squat and press standards apply.
