Took it easy on the row, hit the thrusters in sets of 25, 15, 10, and then struggled on pull-ups- I think I did them in 5s. . I was toasted from the chipper we did beforehand, but still felt this was a solid performance.Row, 1000 m 50 Thrusters, 45 lbs 30 Pull-ups -

Wrist killed me on these, I had to break up the thrusters more than I would of liked to because of how uncomfortable my wrist/hand would get.21-15-9 reps of: Thruster, 95 lbs Pull-up

I felt good but I'm a little disappointed in my strategy. I shot for big numbers and just kept failing in the 7 and 8 rounds. Should of done way more air squats too, did 12 with ease through each round.
