    1:41.8 pace. Started off faster and slowly dropped it back. First 1km 1:36-1:38 then second 1km 1:39-1:41 and 2km in just over 6:30 then settled into 1:44-1:46 with a push at the end. This was my goal rather than hold an uncomfortable pace the whole way. This is 11sec PB

    pull ups where tough today compared to normal. I guess the weighted pull ups yesterday and muscle ups made this tough

    had no probs with the cleans just couldn't fucking jerk AGAIN.. got to 120 and just failed 3 times on the jerk....
