Stuck at this weight from the prior barbell club cycle 2nd to sucking at the jerk. Need to work on this more.Sets 1 Squat Clean & Jerk | 125 kg

But failed at the jerk. I felt stronger at the clean but didnt go up in weight. What is the point if I can't jerk it up w/o viagra. Wished to get the jerk but pressed out. I didn't persue higher weight since my form is all wrong. Stripper butt, Ass to high. Too much yanking with my upper body, Too fast too aggressive w/o any patients from first to second pull. Need to break down my technique all the way down. I am proud of Kevin Seifert who on his birthday did get 215 lbs up after so many tries. Stubborn young mule.Sets 1 Squat Snatch | 85 kg

Too big of a jump from 335 to 375. Tried to best my 1 max rep of 365 lbs. I didn't have the Power. I couldn't fight the Power of fatigue and aching knees. Heavy Single. I felt so weak, Couldn't even clean and jerk 120 kilos up. Can't always P.R. Max weight launched was 115kg. Stopped at that and hoped for the best next week. Plus I should never snatch the day before and hope to P.R. on the jerk. Shoulders were shot.Sets 1 Squat Clean & Jerk | 115 kg

light weight overhead squat practice. Takes a lot for my upper shoulder girdle to loosen up. Definitely requires Y-Cross Squat Snatch stretch before to loosen up and then progressively heavier weight to get me used to this exercise. Light jerk day practice today. Need to get my jerk back up, Stop leaning forward. Need to look more upwards like Dolega, Poland champion weightlifter. Need to elongate the receiving position. Stomp the spider running away from me. I need to get more comfortable with heigher weight.
