Was on track for 20 but my back is tweaked from dlifts on Friday, which resulted in loss of core strength for the hand stand pushups at about round 15. A little update on my training since I haven't posted in a while. I am feeling fully recovered from regionals now, my shins seem to have healed and mentally strong again to push myself. This workout was a good boost to my confidence knowing that I have not trained much at all for three weeks now, but have maintained a competetive level of output. With this work schedule, It is going to be tough to maintain the level of strength and cardio I was built up to a regionals.
