Got off work and jumped into this one straight without any warm-up. Was trying to beat Ryan Smith again but ended exactly where he did. Done after some stretching & the Burgner warm-up using a barbell. After a 15+ hour day at work, ironically after helping protect someone for hours who really didn't deserve it & who certainly didn't appreciate the effort given or risks taken, but like some sophmorically say - FTP.
