  • I like how we're eating and how I'm feeling. I don't know if having a few off days is helping or hurting. Am I undoing everything I accomplish with the off days?
  • Today I will begin to change my life for the better. I've always been"healthy" and "athletic" by society's standards of today, but I'm overweight, not happy with my body, and not the best Edwin I know I can be. I will continually strive for excellence in all that I do relationally with my family and friends, professionally at work, and physically. I will work hard to reduce my body fat percentage to less than 15%. As a by product of this work I have a list of benchmarks that I will strive for to include new pr's in bs 255, c&j 185, fs 205, and many others. I will accomplish these goals for my family, friends, but most importantly me.
