Notes: Did bod pod testing again today at my ptl class. Dropped from 9.5 to 8.2 body fat. I have been eating very clean for the last three weeks. No soda no sugar at all. 14-15 blocks a day over 4-5 meals. Feel great and performance is going up. Don't tell me the zone doesn't work.
