1 second PR -- Started having stomach issues before the WOD. Fran always gets in my head! Thrusters were 10/6/5, 6/5/4, 5/4... pull-ups 6/4/3/3/3/2, 3/3/3/3/3, 3/2/2/2... pull-ups are holding me back big time, need to work on being able to hold on for bigger sets
