FRIDAY 11/21 COMP WOD. Impossible to build this WOD with this program. In summary: In 12 minutes, 3 RNDs of 10 tall WBs, 3 x 1 power snatch with 3 OH lunges per leg, 50 DUs, then max effort HSPUs ,but every 10 HSPU, do 1 rope climb. Total score is # of HSPUs. I ended with a rope climb, only 3 secs to get to wall for HSPU. Didn't make it. Super fun to do.
